Hi I have multiple sclerosis, that's not a good line when you meet someone for the first time, let me try again. Hi I'm Peter Vazquez with some good health advice for you but let me start with the line, "42.7 percent of all statistics are made up on the spot.". Sad but true people throw statistics around like a shield to protect from "the world" or a Badge shouting at the world "Look at me, I'm so smart". I won't do that to you, statically I only do that that 10% percent of the time (that's a joke).

I do have MS and wanted to share a tip I discovered about MS, this is a basic tip but it hasThere's a doctor in the house changed my life। It's so simple you'll never hear from a doctor. The tip is "never consume anything with animal fat". Sounds simple but so hard to practice, it has made a big difference in my life. I think it's good advice for everyone, MS and non MS. Fat free dairy, trim the fat on meat, or better yet, vegetarian (mmm ... vegetarian food). Fish is OK and I recommend plenty. If you make the steps to a better you, you'll need a good vitamin nutrients for you to cover all your bases.

Keep yourself fit and trim. Join a gym, participate in sports, or jog (mmm ... jogging) listening to your iPod. These activities will lower your stress levels and you'll look great on the beach.

Get plenty of rest. Everyday take a short siesta to stay relaxed and focused. Something I found recently that makes my naps and I feel great after (mmm ... naps), this software from Pzizz (I'm still not how to pronounce that) but it works great and it'll teach you how to really relax.

Everyone should get plenty of rest and don't eat animal fat to sum it up। Remember, "I am not a vegetarian because I love animals. I am a vegetarian because I hate plants" or love healthy living.

These tips are the tip of the iceberg but they will prevent you from needing MS drugs that are expensive and have horrible side effects if they even work for you, they didn't for Me.

One last statement I would like to make. For the past 2 1/2 years I've been diligent with my diet and the supplements I haven't had a single MS attack and the past 4 years on the same diet and supplements I haven't had a cold or flu even being around people suffering a flu. My attack 2 1/2 years ago I accuse stress from work (I've changed the situation since then) and introduced plenty of rest.

My search for additional vitamins led me to this choice
